From 21st to 23rd March 2018, Drs Antoine Pierson and Pauline Lévigne travelled to Delhi within the framework of the collaboration between IQLS, CDC and NCDC. They provided a 3 days training on the WHO LQSI (Laboratory Quality Stepwise Implementation) tool to NABL assessors coming from all over the country. During those 3 days, an adapted Excel tool was presented to the participants, and this tool was reviewed in order to adjust its wording and structure to the Indian context. The participants now hold an adapted tool that can be used to assess medical laboratories wishing the be accredited.
