Consulting services on Quality Management System for the National Center for Disease Control (NCDC), Georgia, CH2M Hill
The consulting services include :
– Meetings with the stakeholders to review National Center for Diseases Control’s plan and vision for a Quality Management system (QMS) for NCDC’s laboratory network and make recommendations to estblish a robust QMS for the network
– The review of the outcomes of the ISO9001 audit and provide recommendations for the next steps
– Provide recommendations regarding the NCDC’s Business Development Unit activities
– Perform an assessment at Lugar Center using the Laboratory Quality Stepwise Implementation (LQSI) tool
– The organization of a workshop on Quality Management System implementation
