IQLS aims to assist CH2M HILL as DTRA’s Prime Contractor to develop, implement and transition
to the laboratory networks of the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health (NCDC)
and the Laboratory of the Ministry of Agriculture (LMA) a sustainable Quality Management
System (QMS) while furthering the CBEP objectives. IQLS will assist CH2M HILL and the CBEP
Georgia stakeholders (NCDC and LMA) to support efforts that will enhance the prospects for
long-term sustainment of the DTRA-developed Bio-surveillance System facilities and capabilities
in Georgia.
IQLS is providing technical support under three thematic areas.
• Area 1 – Assistance to the Business Development/fundraising Unit (BDU)
• Area 2 – Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation
• Area 3 – Proficiency testing and EQA program strategy
