In line with a new project launched in India in collaboration with Indian NCDC, US-CDC and IQLS, a kick off meeting visit was organized in Delhi, NCDC and Ranchi, RIMS (Jharkhand) February 6-10 2017.
The activities to be performed have been refined and will consist in training (biosafety, media preparation, lab management, antimicrobial resistance) and support for laboratory reorganization and facility redesign. Next on-site mission late March will see Mr. Arnaud Orelle organize a practical laboratory biosafety training at RIMS.
The project is funded by US-CDC.
