The main goals of the mission performed by Mr. Arnaud Orelle are:
– To assess and evaluate the progress of the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and the current situation in the NRL.
– To provide technical assistance to the NRL to standardize the quality management system according to ISO 15189 ultimately leading to accreditation.
– To develop a road map for the improvment of the QMS in the TB laboratory network.
