IQLS is organizing a three-part webinar series on LQMS, focusing on process management, management of non-confirming events and laboratory assessments.
The first part on process management will take place on July 21, 2:30 PM BKK time.
The topic will be based on Quality Management System standards (ISO 15189, ISO 17025, ISO 9001) that require taking a process-based approach toward quality management. We will focus on the “WHAT” and “HOW “of the process management approach. It will be an interactive session focusing on the identification of processes, elements to be included in a process definition document, and how to monitor the process performance.
Dr. Abdoulaye Nikiema, Senior Laboratory and QMS Specialist, will be the speaker for this session, with Dr. Shruti Malik, International Laboratory Specialist, as moderator.
This webinar is open to all, and will be particularly beneficial to laboratory professionals (Managers/ Quality officers/ Department or section heads) who are formally implementing a QMS in their respective institutions.
