Fouley is a HR consultant specialized in HR management, recruitment, conduct change and trainings. She graduated with a master 2 in HR and Organization, and has 23 years of professional experience within different organizations in her domain in France and

abroad. She has worked as a Project manager for Unis-Cité Lyon and Marseille (young people volunteer service); as a training officer and communication officer for Atlas Logistic Indonesia; as a HR Business partner for 7 years within Handicap International at Lyon office and as a Project manager for change conduct in Opac Saone et Loire in Macon.

Since 2020 she is the CEO of the company My Tempo, that provides HR consultancy services.
